Responsible gaming at de99 means keeping the joy of winning sustainable. de99 wants you to bet safely and enjoy the experience for years to come.
One of the most effective steps toward responsible gaming on de99 is setting your own limits. de99 lets you set the following types of limits:
Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. de99 will not let you exceed the limit you've set.
Set a maximum loss amount you're comfortable with for a given period. de99 will alert you when you reach that limit.
Set how long you spend on de99 in a single session. Once your time is up, de99 will remind you to take a break.
Set a maximum stake per bet. de99 will not allow you to place a bet exceeding the amount you've defined.
Setting limits is straightforward — log in to your de99 account and go to the Settings section. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing one requires a 24-hour waiting period. This is an intentional safeguard built into de99.
De99 wants you to recognize the warning signs early. If any of the following apply to you, you may be drifting from responsible gaming practices. Use de99's responsible gaming tools or reach out for support:
Spending beyond your means and borrowing money or taking funds from others to cover the shortfall.
Repeatedly betting to chase losses — thinking "one more bet will win it all back."
Hiding your betting activity from family and friends, or lying about it.
You are spending more time betting and cutting back on work, studies, or family time.
Feeling restless, irritable, or uncomfortable when you're not betting.
You need to bet more and more to feel the same level of excitement.
If any of these signs apply to you, use de99's self-exclusion or limit-setting features. de99's support team is always by your side — no judgment, ever.
